Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if:

- An incorrect price or product description was displayed
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- Delivery restrictions prevent us from completing the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

All products are subject to availability. Some Dalila DCarvalho pieces are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
6. Promotions, Sale and Archive Items
Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and availability. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

7. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Products remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or a person you have authorised to receive them.

For most online purchases, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item, subject to applicable exceptions.

9. Personalised and Made-to-Measure Pieces
Personalised, altered or made-to-measure pieces may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once production has begun.

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorisation.
